`GET /api/v1/sites/{site}/arriving`

`GET /api/v1/sites/{site}/arriving`: what arrives for a site, as it arrives (Add a site, the setup card). Each view is counted as any is; this feed stores nothing of its own.

## Parameters

- `site` (in path, needed): A site's id or name
